This is a very large belt, fashioned from hide and linked
plates. From the blusish tinge that radiates from the belt
it can be identified as stormmetal. It was obviously
intended to be worn by someone much larger, but it is still
possible to cinch it enough to wear it. An engraving of a
lightning bolt has been stamped upon the middle plate.
