Bright, nearly electric, blue silk is pleated in between
vertical strips of shiney black leather. The pants are
almost an eyesore, being fairly snug at the waist and ankles
though billowing out at the legs. The silk shimmers oddly,
however, as silvery runes and tiny black diamonds have
been embedded into the cloth.
