This huge, heavy tome is covered with swirling silvery runes
and symbols. Inside, yellowed parchment pages are inscribed
with two spells: Chaos Shield, which concentrates chaotic
power around the target in a crackling field, and Mana Flux,
which draws energy from the surrounding area to regenerate
mana. Both spells sometimes have undesired effects.
