This smooth-walled tunnel is cut directly into the stone here, its

even surface obviously the work of something other than nature's

gentle hand. The tunnel is perfectly round, with the bottom quarter of

the tube cut off to make a flat and level floor. It is steeply sloped,

and you have a little trouble keeping yourself from skidding down its

length. You can follow the tunnel up to the south, or downwards to the

north.
