This wide passage is roughly hewn out of the stone. Large, brilliantly
glowing clusters of green crystals stud the walls at frequent
intervals, providing more than enough illumination to see by. The
floor is uneven and its surface is rough and irregular, making footing
chancy unless attention is paid to where you step.
