Watery Tunnel

This is a cramped, narrow tunnel half-filled with filthy water. You
have to crouch uncomfortably to even manage slow, halting steps.
Occasionally you feel movement around your ankles, making you freeze
in your tracks and sending a chill up your spine. There is a hole in
the wall to the east through which you can exit, and the tunnel
continues to the west.
