This is a stark and harshly furnished room. There is nothing but a

plain wooden desk and two chairs here. A grim-lookin soldier sits

behind the desk, ready to answer complaints and to listen to reported

crimes. To the south is jail cell, and to the west, the Sheriff's

room. You can exit to Justice street to the east.
