Underground Cave

The hard rocks of the riverbed have formed a rounded cave below the
river here. Portions of it rise out of the water allowing you to
breathe, but the majority of the cave is underwater. The main entrance
down to the cave is constantly covered by the shifting sand and rock
from the riverbed above.
