Giant Fortress, Pavilion Entrance

The path dead ends to the entrance of a large pavilion, made of
hundreds of hides and leathers. On the flap is the most elaborate
drawing, a large skull horned skull, surrounded by a large circle with
spikes coming out each direction at even intervals. You can only
assume this house of hides belongs to a chieftain. As you listen you
hear what sounds like a hundred pigs dining noisly.
