Guild House

The local guilds maintain a guild house here to collect the monthly
fees, to regulate local business and investigate complaints of abuse.
Also, apprentices can sign on here to work with masters and earn their
way up the ladder. To work without sanctions of the guild is highly
frowned upon in the city of Arlysia. Even the library maintains a
guild of scholars.
