Main Street, Guard Post

The small guard post is really nothing more than a shack that has been
shoddily thrown up recently to help the local guards escape the chill
when possible. The sudden influx of people into the city has forced
a permanent guard station to check loads and paperwork on shipments,
and to regulate guild complaints. Addtionally, controls have been
put on the number of people coming into the city seeking permanent
solace.
