The huge billboard reads: "Welcome sysops. This room is for supporting the 
add-on module. Located here is a SHOP which sells items for free. <Type List> 
The smoky black talisman gives access to a room above the Fountain in the 
middle of the Park in Silvermere. In that room users are able to reset their 
current quest, IF they are only mildly advanced into it. This is a definite 
last-ditch effort, as there are clear warnings at the start of the quest, and 
these talismans should ONLY be given to extremely dissatisfied users who are 
too hasty or ignorant to pay attention to the original warning notice. If they 
have advanced too far into the quest, there is nothing that can be done for 
them, and they are stuck on the path they chose. These talismans have no game 
worth whatsoever and are used solely to give access to the room above the park.
