evaluate how much cash is jingling in there. He starts into a monotonous speech
as you get near, saying:

 "Minor healing is 100 copper, major healing is 250 copper, greater healing is
  400 copper, cure poison is 2000 copper, cure disease 5000 copper, and
  remove curse is 10000 copper. The prices are firm, take it or leave it."
