This parchment is the deed for the violet house, found on the main path in
the wonderous Darkwood forest, east of Silvermere. Take the path from the
town gates and you will find it shortly before the demolished barricade.
Inside this villa of excellence you will find several guards to protect
your vaults, as well as a shop to sell your items on the market.
A tax of 1000 gold is assessed each night for the house. At the entrance you
may create a key to the door, and in any room you may summon additional guards
for a price, or make an emblem for free, for your convienence a rubbish room
has been added to dispose of junk.
