This parchment is the deed for the black house, found nearby the black
fortress of the Blood God. Searching the weed fields you can find this
illustrious castle of fortitude. It is almost a castle on it's own with
its great walls and expansive rooms. Inside is a very secure vault and a
room designed for curing combat wounds. A shop is provided for you right
next to the entrance so any visitors may peruse your excess items. USE the
deed to get your keys, the plain one allows entrance to the front door.
A tax of 1200 gold is assessed each night for the house. At the entrance you may create a key to the door, and in any room you may summon additional guards for a price, or make an emblem for free, for your convienence a rubbish room has been added to dispose of junk.
