The parchment deed listed here gives ownership to the most expensive house
currently built. Made from the best materials, this house is located two
blocks east of the intersection of Aok and Westwall street. Protected by
guardians in diamond armor, this house is an indomitable fortress of steel
and stone with the thought of keeping you safe from the outside elements.
If there were an invasion of Silvermere this place would be your best bet
for safety. The finest dwarven locksmith was hired to protect the doors, as
well as the vaults found on the second floor of this house. With a resting
room and an easy to access shop, this house is the perfect mansion for a lord
or king. USE the deed to get the keys needed to enter the house. Give the
emblem to any you wish to have safe passage. A tax of 2000 gold is assessed
each night for the house! At the entrance you may create a key to the door, and in any room you may summon additional guards for a price, or make an emblem for free, for your convienence a rubbish room has been added to dispose of junk. You can also purchase a healer in your "resting room" for a price.
